The images were derived from advertisements (packaging, billboards, etc.), particularly ones which utilize nature, and subsequently contrasted with actual scenes from the countryside and city.
This music video presents a contradiction in religion - that it both unites and divides. The music was created by combining original composition with sampling and loops of African folk music and Richard Strauss. The video is a collage of material dealing with religion and spirituality.
Brave New Music World combines original and borrowed experimental classical music with popular film and television: the individual within the context of collective taste.
"Moment, Curitiba" is a short, stop motion film created by Yukihiro Taguchi with music by Joseph Michaels. The cello and piano act as both accompaniment and antagonist: they match the constant movement of the film through repetitious, quick rhythms, or decrease to a slow pace in either one or both instruments, thereby creating tension with the visuals.
